§ Built an activity-based costing model to determine selling costs, by sales method, for a U.S. rail
transportation company. Uncovered the key drivers of cost and opportunities to increase capacity.
§ Conducted user requirement interviews with key stakeholders in the IPO process for a major investment
bank. Synthesized results for incorporation into web-site development.
