New data reveal some specifications rather than interesting on the Lenovo P780, a smartphone that will offer an evolution on the P770 and that will be a device with a particularly notable battery capacity: no less than 4000 mAh.
It’s higher capacity battery that we have seen for a terminal of these features, that has a 5 inch screen that apparently – small disappointment in this case – will have 720 p resolution.
Lenovo P780 is therefore a logical successor to the P770 who had 4.5 inch screen and 3,500 mAh battery. But in addition to this Lenovo P780 screen will include the necessary touch technology for use with gloves and it will have a similar design to the K900 based on an Intel processor. The thickness of 9.9 mm that are running the latest rumors will not be over despite battery.
In this case we will have with a quad – core processor MediaTek MT6589 -increasingly popular among manufacturers-, dual SIM, 1 GB of RAM and a rear camera with 8 Mpixel sensor support. Expected Lenovo P780 is announced officially at the end of the month, although details are not known about its estimated price.
Other data of interest: it seems that Lenovo has hired the player of the NBA Kobe Bryant – who had already submitted the K900 – to star in a promotional advertisement of this smartphone, which apparently is destined to become one of the most important representatives of the mobile catalogue of Lenovo. We’ll see if it comes out of China to be sold in international markets.
