Acer presents a slight restyling of Iconia A7, launched in early summer last year, with a very similar model intended for the market of the very young. Quite thin, light, and voted to portability, the new Acer Iconia A7 marries one of the latest Intel Atom series and MediaTek solutions abandoning of the previous model, while maintaining the same panel from 7 inch HD (1280 x 720) and a dual configuration regarding the internal memory.
Being a tablet very cheap, even the technical characteristics are aligned at the price which is proposed.

Acer called it a tablet for children, said Lliuxers.com, the battery lasts up to 6 hours on a single charge, making it a medium-duty and come preinstalled inside many applications dedicated to children as the Kids Center, a Parental Control to control navigation and the content displayed and a user interface designed for an audience of young people.
The new Acer Iconia A7 goes on sale in the United Kingdom starting from June at the price of £ 79.99. No other details were revealed regarding pricing and availability in other countries.
