With the Samsung Galaxy Round already in the market all eyes are on what will do LG, other manufacturer that will soon be launched which will be the second smartphone with curved screen. It is said that the name will be LG G Flex, and recently its technical characteristics have been leaked.
Its curved/flexible 6-inch size screen would include a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, maybe limited to some but in principle sufficient. Most interesting is the internal hardware: Let’s take a LG G2 and we could almost copy the list, from the processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 (MSM8974, quad-core 2.3 GHz.) up to 13 megapixel camera.
With 2 GB of memory RAM 32 GB of storage and Android 4.2.2 We would be talking about a terminal of very high-end in all features, except perhaps by the resolution of the screen. This has not be seen as something totally negative, since it also has a point in its favor: having to move less pixels the hardware will be more efficient, so performance should also be significantly higher than other smartphones with the same Snapdragon 800.
In the absence of small details, LG G Flex It will be the direct competition of the Galaxy Round with almost the same size although some different characteristics. While it is true that the choice of Samsung is a prototype with little viability in the market, the LG model seems to be cheaper and, perhaps, also more open to all users.
