  • 2 fish fillets

  1. Separate the yolk of an egg, season with salt and pepper and set aside.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. With a brush for vegetables, wash thoroughly, peel the potato under running water. With a fork, lower the heat across the surface of the potato to prevent the chip crack when roasting in the microwave.
